Test Your K-Line Market Intuition
What is "Market Intuition"?
In trading, Market Intuition is the instinctive ability to read price action—developed through years of observing charts. Skilled traders can often sense the next move within seconds by reading supply and demand from candlestick patterns. This tool generates realistic K-line charts so you can test and sharpen this intuition risk-free.

Game Rules
- Starting Capital: You begin with 10,000 in virtual funds.
- Challenge Duration: 10 trading days (10 rounds).
- Action: Each round, you’ll see a K-line chart showing historical price movement. Predict whether the next move will be Up (Long) or Down (Short).
- Settlement: Your return is directly tied to the market’s actual move:
- Go Long: Your return equals the market’s percentage change. If the market rises by X%, your equity increases by X%. If it falls by Y%, your equity drops by Y%.
- Formula: End-of-round equity = Start-of-round equity × (1 + X%/Y%)
- Example: Equity = 1000, market ↑5%, you go long → 1000 × (1 + 0.05) = 1050
- Example: Equity = 1000, market ↓5%, you go long → 1000 × (1 − 0.05) = 950
- Go Short: Your return is the opposite of the market’s move. If the market falls by X%, you gain X%. If it rises by Y%, you lose Y%.
- Formula: End-of-round equity = Start-of-round equity × (1 − X%/Y%)
- Example: Equity = 1000, market ↓5%, you go short → 1000 × (1 + 0.05) = 1050
- Example: Equity = 1000, market ↑5%, you go short → 1000 × (1 − 0.05) = 950
- Go Long: Your return equals the market’s percentage change. If the market rises by X%, your equity increases by X%. If it falls by Y%, your equity drops by Y%.
Why Am I Always Losing?
- Follow the Trend: “The trend is your friend.” Don’t try to catch tops or bottoms—trade with the momentum.
- Risk Management: When the chart is unclear, doing nothing (staying flat) is often the best decision.
